Thank you for shopping with StrategyHelix Group. We exclusively sell digital market research reports delivered as PDF, Excel, or PPT files. No physical shipping is required.
Delivery of Digital Products
- Upon successful payment, your report(s) will be delivered within 1 business day via:
- Delivery is processed during standard business hours (Monday–Friday, Hong Kong time). Orders placed after 5 PM HKT or on weekends/holidays will be fulfilled the next business day.
- If you do not receive your download link within 1 business day, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at info@strategyh.com
No Shipping Fees
- There are no shipping costs for any order, as all products are delivered electronically.
Geographic Availability
- Our digital reports are available worldwide with no regional restrictions, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Refunds & Issues
- All sales of digital reports are final once the download link is accessed or the file is delivered.
- If you experience technical issues (e.g., broken link, corrupted file), contact us within 7 days of delivery for a free re-delivery or resolution.
